Terms of service.

These Terms & Conditions outline how we operate at Coco & Salt and what you agree to when booking with us.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All classes must be booked in advance through our booking system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You can cancel or reschedule a class up to 12 hours before it starts via our booking system.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel your membership at any time after the initial 3 month investment. Cancel anytime after that by giving 30 days notice and emailing us.

3. Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive on time, entry may not be possible once a class has started.

  • Wear suitable clothing and follow the instructor’s guidance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel a membership if studio rules are not respected.

  • No shoes to be worn upstairs

  • Grip socks to be worn

  • Arrive 5 mins early

4. Health & Safety

  • By booking a class, you confirm that you are fit to participate in physical activity.

  • If you have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before joining.

  • You take part at your own risk, and Coco & Salt is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes.

  • No shoes to be worn in studio, only pilates socks

5. Memberships

  • Membership benefits apply only to the named member and cannot be shared.

  • Any included perks or “extras” are subject to change.

  • 3 month initial commitment with a 30 days notice of cancellation by emailing Coco & Salt.

  • Each membership has an automated monthly roll over from you first booking date.

6. Changes to Schedule

  • We may occasionally need to substitute instructors or adjust the timetable.

  • If we cancel a class, you will be refunded or credited.
